Hourly Rates and Plans

HOME USER

$129.00 per hour (2 Hour minimum)

• This rate only applies to individuals, and non-business accounts.

BUSINESS USER

Desktop and Mobile Support

$145.00 per hour (2 Hour minimum)

• Applies to business users who require service on individual computers and devices (Does not include server support).

Server and Network Support

$185.00 per hour (2 Hour minimum)

 • Applies to businesses requiring service on servers, networks, and appliances which support multiple devices.

EMERGENCY RATES

$185.00 per hour (2 Hour minimum)

Before 9:00am / after 6:00pm / week-ends (any time)

• Applies to both home and business users.

NOTE: For appointments outside of the city of San Francisco, a travel charge will be added. Please contact us regarding travel rates.
